Two years ago, the boo and I celebrated Valentine’s Day at the Marriott in Condado where we enjoyed a memorable 3 course meal outside on the patio. While we dined on our caprese salad, surf & turf, and strawberry-chocolate mousse, we listened to the sound of the coqui frogs chirping by the ocean.
We enjoyed our experience so much that we decided to go back again this year, but this time for the Valentine’s Day buffet.
There was so much good food that it was almost sensory overload. There was a carving station with prime rib and a seafood section full of tasty options like coconut shrimp ceviche and a savory lobster bisque. A salad bar had assorted greens, grilled vegetables, and fresh mozzarella. I think I was so excited about eating, that I forgot to take photos, because I only ended up with a few!

The dessert was pretty awesome too…Every couple was given a red rose when they dined. Two years ago, the roses where white – I think that this is such a romantic touch!
