Situated right on a sandy beach, overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, it’s hard not to be swept away by this gorgeous restaurant.
Outdoor seating, day or night, hammocks right on the beach, and a menu offering Caribbean Fusion cuisine seem to be the perfect combination for a tropical meal on the island.
Photos from my dining experience at Sirena Restaurant after the jump.
The menu glowed!
Shrimp and Scallop Ceviche topped with a Coconut and Grand Marnier Sauce… yum!
What’s left of the Shrimp and Scallop Ceviche topped with a Coconut and Grand Marnier Sauce…
Crab Stuffed Piquillo Peppers with a Boursin Cheese and Roasted Corn Mash – delicious!
The Lobster Bisque…made with Shitake Mushrooms.
Pan Seared Scallops on top of Sweet Plantains a Pureed Celery Root. Topped with a Bacon Buerre Blanc Sauce.
Grilled Grouper and Shrimp on top of a Sausage Risotto; served with a Pomegranate-Tamarind Sauce.
Ambiance… Outdoor seating, sound of the Ocean, a sky full of stars, and couches and hammocks to relax on after dinner. I was kind of #Obsessed with those glowing orbs.
There’s also a pool which is really pretty!
Ok, I confess… I really just wanted to show off my awesome manicure and shoes in the next two photos.
