Le Bateau Ivre is a French Restaurant located in Midtown East Manhattan. A friend recommended the Croque Monsieur and so we stopped by to check it out. It was delicious! So was the ceviche, the mussels, the vegetable bisque and surprisingly, the dessert! I only say “surprisingly”, because I’m generally not a huge dessert person, but Le Bateau Ivre has a caramelized, black pepper, strawberry served warm over vanilla ice-cream dish that was so good!
