Today, we spent a few hours playing poker at the Intercontinental where there was live music in celebration of Mother’s Day. It was fun to watch couples dancing right on the casino floor – everyone was in such a good mood!
There was also a complimentary game of Bingo and I was happy to participate. Since the numbers were called in Spanish I got a little laugh when B-11 was announced because of course, it sounds like Beyonce.
For lunch, we sat outside on a balcony overlooking the pool area and enjoyed a fresh mojito and some delicious tuna tartare with a truffle sauce and sesame seeds. It was SO good!
After heading home, I made JC and myself some fresh popped popcorn and we settled in for a new episode of Game of Thrones, currently my favorite show. I was happy that Sansa Stark’s story line was featured (how creepy is Ramsey?!) and as always, I love any scenes involving Tyrion. I don’t want to give away any spoilers, so I’ll leave it at that. It was a great episode, as always.
